Both my health and my mind are exhausted, and it has truly been a tough year. I know that I learn and grow as much as I suffer, so I believe I will overcome this humbly and firmly, and I intend to send it off with gratitude. I am thankful for this as well! I will make sure to use the difficulties of 2024 as a healthy foundation for my future!”

He added, “In the new year of 2025, let’s be even healthier!! I hope to maintain a flexible life and have a year filled with gratitude in every moment,” which makes his passing even more heartbreaking.
