Singer Kim Song expressed her heartbreak over the Jeju Air passenger plane tragedy.
On the 4th, Kim Song updated her Instagram, saying, “I’ve been getting calls from everywhere, asking if something happened. Other than family gatherings, I’ve been staying home.”
She also expressed her sorrow, stating, “I can’t shake off the heartache and sadness from the Muan Airport passenger plane tragedy. I am praying.”
On December 29 of last year, a Jeju Air passenger plane carrying 181 passengers collided with the runway's outer wall during landing, resulting in a fire that claimed the lives of 179 people and injured 2 others. The government has designated a week of national mourning until the 4th.
Kim Song married Kang Won-rae of the group Clon in 2003 and welcomed a son in 2014.
