According to the real estate industry on the 24th, Lee Si-eon purchased an 84㎡ apartment in Acro Riverheim, Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, for 2.48 billion won in joint ownership with his wife, actress Seo Ji-seung, on July 31. The transfer of ownership was completed at the end of last month.
Previously, on July 26, Lee Si-eon successfully upgraded by selling a similar-sized apartment in e-Pyeonhansesang Sangdo Nobility, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, for 1.63 billion won. He won the housing subscription and moved into this apartment in 2018, and it has been used as their newlywed home since he married Seo Ji-seung in 2021.
Lee Si-eon gained attention when he revealed his entry into the Sangdo-dong apartment while appearing on the MBC entertainment program 'I Live Alone'. At that time, he shared that he had been putting in “30,000 won for 9 years” on the recommendation of a friend, saying, “I did it right after graduating from college. The e-Pyeonhansesang Sangdo Nobility, where Lee Si-eon won the subscription, is a complex that was rebuilt from the old Daelim Apartment in Sangdo District 1. It started moving in December 2018. The average sale price per pyeong during the 2016 sale was 21.5 million won, with 59㎡ priced between 570 million and 620 million won, and 84㎡ between 670 million and 730 million won.
Lee Si-eon is reported to have sold this apartment for 1.63 billion won, estimated to have made a capital gain of about 900 million won.
The newly purchased Acro Riverheim by Lee Si-eon was redeveloped from Heukseok District 7. It is a super prime location just a 1-minute walk from Heukseok Station on subway line 9. In particular, the units with a view of the Han River have seen a sharp increase in market prices. The 84㎡ unit that Lee Si-eon traded was sold for 2.75 billion won on July 27.
