Jeon Hyun-moo and Jang Ye-won showcase a fantastic talk chemistry.
In the 10th episode of the full-fledged real street food documentary ‘The Jeon Hyun-moo Project 2’ (co-produced by MBN and Channel S), which airs on the night of the 20th at 9:10 PM, a happy scene unfolds as Jeon Hyun-moo meets with 13-year friend and 13-year junior, announcer Jang Ye-won, for a ‘gochujang eel soup’ eating broadcast.
On this day, Jeon Hyun-moo opens a ‘Winter Taste’ special alone without his ‘partner’ Kwak Tube (Kwak Jun-bin), heading towards the factory area of Gimpo, raising curiosity. While walking for a while, Jeon Hyun-moo points to a ‘gochujang eel soup’ restaurant standing alone in the field, saying, “Ah! There it is.”
After entering the restaurant, he waits for his ‘eating friend’ when announcer Jang Ye-won opens the door and surprises him with a greeting, “Hello~.” Jeon Hyun-moo bursts into a bright smile and welcomes Jang Ye-won, saying, “Why are you suddenly using formal language? Just act as you usually do.”
He then asks, “You haven’t eaten yet, right?” and Jang Ye-won replies, “I haven’t. Today feels like a fateful day,” and asks, “What do you look for first on a blind date?” raising curiosity. Meanwhile, Jang Ye-won confesses her ‘eel soup trauma,’ to which Jeon Hyun-moo responds, “That’s just like me,” hinting at a potentially chaotic ‘eating broadcast.’
Finally, the finely ground ‘gochujang eel soup’ and pot rice are served, and the two cautiously begin their eating broadcast. During the meal, Jang Ye-won compliments, “Jeon Hyun-moo sunbae is surprisingly good at giving advice.”
Jang Ye-won continues, “When I talk to Jeon Hyun-moo, an hour and a half goes by before I know it. One of your really good points is…” Just then, the long-awaited ‘whole eel soup’ arrives, and as Jeon Hyun-moo scoops up a whole eel with a spoon, he can’t hide his shock, saying, “It’s like a Dalmatian spot.”
