Creator Chimchakman (pen name Lee Mal-yeon) has spread a positive influence.
According to Geum Byeong-young on the 11th, Chimchakman donated 10 million won to the foundation Babo's Sharing under the name of the subscriber nickname of the Intubation Department's YouTube channel, "Professional Viewing Team," in celebration of his birthday and the end of the year.
Earlier, in May, Chimchakman donated 10 million won from the profits of a department store pop-up store, and in August, he donated 5 million won on "World Lizard Day," aligning with his alter ego, Dokkaepal (Daekkaepalosaurs), continuing his support for Babo's Sharing alongside the Professional Viewing Team of the Intubation Department.
The Babo's Sharing foundation was established in 2010 to carry on the love and sharing spirit of the late Cardinal Kim Soo-hwan, who referred to himself as a "fool." The entire donation from Chimchakman and the Professional Viewing Team will be used to support young people preparing for independence after leaving protective facilities, as well as NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth who need assistance due to long-term unemployment or job searching.
Chimchakman, who has a deep love for his family, has been consistently donating to Babo's Sharing, largely influenced by his mother-in-law, a Catholic. In April, he established an independent planning company named Geum Byeong-young, derived from one character each from the names of Chimchakman, his wife, and their children.
A representative from Geum Byeong-young stated, "We are grateful to the 2.67 million members of the Intubation Department's Professional Viewing Team who continue to join us in this donation march with Chimchakman," and added, "In the future, Chimchakman plans to maintain an interest in solving youth issues and contribute steadily, even in small ways."
