The group TWS has excited fans with a delightful love confession operation.
TWS (Shin Yu, Do Hoon, Young Jae, Han Jin, Ji Hoon, Kyung Min) added a teaser for the music video of their title track 'OVERDRIVE' from their mini album 'play hard' on the official HYBE LABELS YouTube channel on the 11th. The video gives a preview of the quirky story of the music video, where if a love confession fails, the person is bounced back to the starting point.
The teaser unfolds TWS members' 'love confession operation' following the narration by guide Kyung Min. Ji Hoon, who attempts a confession simulation in front of a doll, repeatedly makes clumsy moves and receives jeers from the members, and immediately jumps into the real thing but, due to nervousness, knocks down a festival structure. Ultimately failing the confession, he returns to the simulation space, and Kyung Min explains this as 'Respawn' while introducing the rules of the confession operation.
At the end of the video, a scene is previewed where all six members respawn after failing their confessions. This raises curiosity about the reasons behind each member's failed confession while simultaneously heightening expectations for the main music video with TWS's unique charming appeal.
'OVERDRIVE', as the title suggests, represents an overheated state, depicting TWS's explosive emotions and passionate feelings for what they love. In the first teaser, a powerful refreshing beat and dynamic performance were revealed, receiving a positive response from fans. The members are expected to show the process of being flustered by the unfamiliar emotion of love while immersing themselves in its joy in a delightful and lively manner.
TWS continues to be active in various fields ahead of their new release. They showcased high-level choreography and captivating techniques with multiple dancers in their pre-released song 'Head Shoulders Knees Toes' announced last month, proving their title as 'the strongest performers of the 5th generation.'
Additionally, they attended the CELINE ÉTÉ 2026 SHOW held at the Parc National de Saint-Cloud in Paris, France, on the 5th (local time) as ambassadors for the luxury brand Celine, showcasing their global influence. On the 10th, they performed at halftime during the friendly match against Brazil at the Seoul World Cup Stadium, shining as official ambassadors of the Korea Football Association.
Meanwhile, TWS's mini album 'play hard' and its music video will be released tomorrow (13th) at 6 PM. They will hold a comeback showcase both online and offline at 8 PM on the day of the album release to meet with their fandom, 42.
