The nationwide tour concert 'Mr. Trot 3' in Gangneung has successfully concluded.
On the 5th at 1 PM and 6 PM, and on the 6th at 1 PM, a total of three performances of the 'Mr. Trot 3' nationwide tour concert were held at the Sebastiano Sports Center of Catholic Kwandong University in Gangwon Province.
The 'Mr. Trot 3' TOP7 (Kim Yong-bin, Son Bin-a, Cheon Rok-dam, Chun-gil, Choi Jae-myung, Nam Seung-min, Choo Hyuk-jin) communicated with fans in the Gangwon region through a splendid and powerful stage throughout the performance.
After a VCR video introducing the TOP7, the seven members appeared and launched the performance with the opening group songs 'Sanae' and 'Nesting'.
As a video depicting the birth of Jin, Sun, and Mi through fierce competition was replayed, Kim Yong-bin, who secured the final Jin position, appeared on stage, and the audience erupted in thunderous applause.
On the first day, Kim Yong-bin passionately sang 'Aein', and on the second day, he performed 'Yeon-in', kicking off the solo stage. After finishing his song, he urged, "I will fill your eyes, ears, and hearts with a wonderful performance, so please don't get tired in the middle and enjoy with us until the end."
Following him, Son Bin-a, who secured the second position, sang 'The Last Leaf', and Cheon Rok-dam heated up the stage even more with 'The Light of My Love'.
Chun-gil sang 'Mercury Lamp', Choo Hyuk-jin performed 'Amyeon' and 'Being Alone', Choi Jae-myung sang 'I Only Loved You', and Nam Seung-min, who joined after completing his military service, led the peak of individual stages with 'Why Cry'.
The strongest 'Avengers' team (Son Bin-a, Kim Yong-bin, Chun-gil, Choo Hyuk-jin) heated up the audience with 'Love in a Dream', showcasing their flawless 'sharp dance moves'.
Choo Hyuk-jin, breathing heavily, said, "It's time for everyone sitting down to stand up. Let's dance together and blow away our stress with a fast and cheerful 'Station'."
Next, Nam Seung-min sang 'Stone of Mourning', Chun-gil performed 'Others', and during the Saturday 1 PM performance, he presented 'Unforgettable Love' in a special way, drawing attention.
The unique stage of special guests Nam Goong-jin and 'Trotman' Chris Young playing the piano also caught the eye. Nam Goong-jin evoked nostalgia by telling the story of 'A Story of a Couple in Their 60s' by the late Kim Kwang-seok, while Chris Young energized the audience with 'The World is a Mystery'.
The TOP7 returned to the stage and raised their voices with a medley of songs 'Really', 'Passion', and 'Chalrang Chalrang', delivering an exciting performance.
They also had a fun time connecting with the audience through a unique themed corner where they learned the Gangwon dialect, showcasing the local characteristics.
The TOP7 expressed their feelings, saying, "For the first time in the history of Mr. Trot tours, we came to the Yeongdong region, and it was really amazing and fun to learn the Gangwon dialect in Gangneung."
Then, Son Bin-a sang 'The Love That Left', Choi Jae-myung performed 'Yeonriji' on the first day and 'Samo' on the second day, and Cheon Rok-dam captivated the audience with 'The Third Han River Bridge'.
Son Bin-a, Choo Hyuk-jin, and Nam Goong-jin sang 'Gangwon-do Arirang', 'With You', and 'Darling' in succession, raising the atmosphere to its peak.
In the special corner for the Jin of 'Mr. Trot 3', Kim Yong-bin showcased his outstanding vocal skills by singing 'Farewell' and the heartfelt song 'Thank You' to the accompaniment of Chris Young's piano.
The complete TOP7 concluded the performance with 'Dollido', 'I Miss You My Love', and 'Apartment'. Following that, all nine performers, including Nam Goong-jin and Chris Young, presented an encore stage of 'Dream' and 'Love', successfully wrapping up the Gangneung concert.
