The group Ailit (ILLIT) moved the audience by conveying their gratitude and sincerity towards GLLIT (GLIT, fandom name) during their first solo concert.
Ailit (YoonA, MinJu, MoKa, WonHee, IroHa) held their first fan concert '2025 ILLIT GLITTER DAY IN SEOUL' (hereafter 'GLITTER DAY') at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the 7th and 8th. The concert sold out all seats for both shows through pre-sales, demonstrating their immense popularity.
As the fan concert was held ahead of their comeback, the excitement was palpable, and Ailit met those expectations with 11 performances and various talk segments, providing the audience with great enjoyment for 150 minutes. They even unveiled a new song for the first time, raising anticipation for their comeback.
Ailit opened the concert with a spectacular performance of their mini album's title track 'Cherish (My Love)'. They followed up with beloved songs such as 'Tick-tack', 'Lucky Girl Syndrome', 'My World', 'Magnetic', 'Midnight Fiction', and 'Almond Chocolate (Korean Ver.)', drawing cheers and applause from fans. The members showcased their growth in musical ability with energetic performances and stable live vocals. During the encore stage, they added a special touch by reinterpreting 'Aim High', a song from the survival program 'R U NEXT?' in a version featuring all five members of Ailit.
Ailit's love for their fans and their ability to connect stood out. The members interacted deeply with the audience by moving around the first and second-floor seating areas, including a protruding stage that allowed them to see fans up close. During the performance of 'IYKYK (If You Know You Know)', they danced the hand gesture choreography with fans, and in 'I’ll Like You', they shared parts of the song, creating a team-like atmosphere. In every segment, they continuously interacted with GLIT.
The highlight of the fan concert was the stage for the new song 'Little Monster'. This song had previously garnered explosive reactions from fans when it was featured in the brand film for their mini album. 'Little Monster' expresses the anxious feelings that torment me as a monster, with cheerful lyrics that stand out, declaring that they will devour all the monsters within. The members confidently stated, "GLIT's worries are ours. We will devour them all," bringing smiles to the audience. The addictive hook and the members' dreamy vocals quickly raised the heart rates of fans.
At the end of 'GLITTER DAY', the members were teary-eyed with emotion. MinJu expressed, "It has been my dream since I was young to perform our own concert in front of so many fans. Thank you for making my dream come true." IroHa vowed, "I have always gained strength from the love GLIT gives us, and I will work hard to become someone who can bring happiness to fans."
WonHee expressed, "I feel like a lucky girl to have a fan concert filled with GLIT," while MoKa said, "I am happy to debut with these members, and I am really grateful to them." YoonA added, "We will work hard to ensure our gratitude reaches GLIT, so please look forward to us. Also, please wait for our upcoming comeback."
Having successfully concluded their first fan concert, Ailit will make a comeback on the 16th with their mini album 'bomb'. The new release includes the title track 'Borrowed Cat (Do the Dance)' along with 'Little Monster', 'Jellyous', 'Oops!', and 'Night Picnic', totaling five trendy songs.
