The group USPEER has showcased a level of skill that is not typical for newcomers.
USPEER (Yeowon, Soi, Sian, Seoyu, Daon, Chaena, Loa) released the final episode of their reality show 'USPEER RUN UP!' on their official YouTube channel on the 5th.
This episode featured the live performance of the guerrilla busking event 'USPEER Final Pre-Game' held at COEX Square in Gangnam, Seoul, prior to their official debut. 'USPEER Final Pre-Game' served as the final gateway to USPEER's debut and was their first busking event under the name USPEER.
Before the busking, USPEER expressed their excitement, saying, "Finally, today is the day we step out into the world," unable to hide their nervousness. The venue was filled with fans eagerly waiting for USPEER, many of whom had prepared banners to support them.
USPEER performed stages including ENHYPEN's 'ParadoXXX Invasion' and BABYMONSTER's 'DRIP', which were part of their reality mission songs, one by one in front of the audience. After a brief moment of tension, USPEER confidently continued their performance with perfect synchronization, honed through thorough practice.
In particular, USPEER received enthusiastic responses from fans as they performed Jungkook's '3D (feat. Jack Harlow)' in full after member Seoyu had previously showcased Oh My Girl's 'Nonstop'. USPEER also engaged in spontaneous communication with fans through games like the balance game.
After successfully completing their first busking stage, USPEER shared their heartfelt thoughts, saying, "We were really happy to perform under the name USPEER. This opportunity to meet fans who support us before our debut was incredibly precious and we are very grateful. It was a day that made us realize the reason we have been practicing hard to keep our dream of becoming singers."
Even after the busking ended, USPEER returned to the practice room to prepare for their debut. They continued to refine the details of their title track 'ZOOM' from their first single album 'SPEED ZONE'. USPEER also prepared a surprise cake for the production team, creating a warm atmosphere. They stated, "We are about to step into a huge world. There will be many tough days, but we hope to create good energy and synergy together every time that happens."
Meanwhile, USPEER made their official debut in the music industry by releasing their first single album 'SPEED ZONE' on the 4th. USPEER is the girl group that WM Entertainment has introduced after about 10 years since Oh My Girl.
