‘Salim Nam’ has ranked first in overall Saturday entertainment viewership for two consecutive weeks.
In the episode aired on the 22nd, KBS 2TV’s ‘Salim Nam Season 2’ (hereafter ‘Salim Nam’) featured daily episodes of Park Seo-jin and Ji Sang-ryeol. The viewership rating recorded 7% nationwide according to Nielsen Korea, with a peak rating of 8.7% during the scene where the Park siblings learned about feng shui points from a fortune teller.
In particular, ‘Salim Nam’ maintained its position as the number one Saturday entertainment show with high viewership ratings of over 7% for two consecutive weeks, and also showed high figures in the 2049 viewership ratings, which are indicators of the program's popularity, solidifying its status as a Saturday entertainment powerhouse once again.
On this day, Park Seo-jin mentioned to guest Hyoyeon from Girls' Generation, “We met 17 years ago,” revealing their connection from the past variety show ‘Starking’ where they both appeared as participants and panelists. Hyoyeon responded, “Now that I see you, I remember. You seem to have upgraded a lot,” to which Park Seo-jin replied, “I admit it too. There has been a lot of change,” showcasing her candid and straightforward personality.
Following that, Park Seo-jin's daily life was revealed. Park Seo-jin and her younger sister Hyo-jung invited a fortune teller to prevent misfortune.
