Actor Choi Gwi-hwa's good deed has been revealed.
On the 22nd, the YouTube KBS Enter channel aired 'Pub Restaurant', featuring Park Ji-hwan and Choi Gwi-hwa from Disney Plus's first historical drama series 'Tangled'.
During the broadcast, Go So-young introduced a touching story about Choi Gwi-hwa that was posted in a community. It was reported that Choi Gwi-hwa willingly covered the surgery costs for a drama staff member he was working with.
A writer, referred to as A, who has worked as a broadcast staff member for over 10 years, shared, "I was going through a tough time as I was severely ill and had to undergo major surgery for female cancer. I was the sole breadwinner for my sick mother’s hospital and living expenses, and I felt hopeless, but Choi Gwi-hwa senior generously covered the surgery costs, allowing me to receive proper treatment."
