The performance order for 'What Do You Do When You Play?' has been decided.
On the afternoon of the 20th, the MBC entertainment program 'What Do You Do When You Play?' (directed by Kim Jin-yong, Jang Woo-sung, Jang Hyo-jong, Wang Jong-seok, written by Choi Hye-jung) featured the pre-event for the Seoul Music Awards.
During the broadcast, Yoo Jae-suk said, "Now we will decide on a mixed group," and played 'Now' by Seoul Family. The mixed group for 'Now' consists of Lee Yong-jin and Lalal. Lalal commented, "Yong-jin memorized the female key. Listening to the karaoke accompaniment, the original sound had the male part and the harmony had the female part." Lee Yong-jin expressed his frustration, saying, "I've practiced something the most in my life. I sang it about 40 times and said I wouldn't be a participant who shines with a gold or silver medal."
He then humorously mentioned that he still doesn't match well with Lalal, which drew laughter.
Sola chose Lee Sun-hee's 'Beautiful River and Mountain.' Sola explained, "Mr. Shin Joong-hyun approved it very cheaply. The copyright fee," as the reason for her selection. Yoo Jae-suk added, "To participate in the music awards, you need to get permission for the song." Hearing this, Park Young-kyu was surprised, asking, "Is it something you can't do without permission? Then do I have to go myself?" Yoo Jae-suk laughed and replied, "The production team will handle it," to which Park Young-kyu awkwardly responded, "I didn't know." Park Myung-soo teased, "You should go during the holidays this time."
During the recording, as Choi Yu-ri's voice faded, Lee Yi-kyung asked, "Are you sleepy, Yu-ri?" Yoo Jae-suk teased, "Are you only looking at Yu-ri?" Lalal joked, "Flirting!"
From the back, Liz, who was watching, laughed and said, "No, uh-huh?" and clapped for the love line, saying, "I really like this. It's fun."
When Liz said she chose Lee Ji-yeon's 'Stop the Wind,' the participants cheered, "That's perfect!"
Lee Jun-young's choice was Park Nam-jung's 'Thinking of You.' Park Myung-soo, the only dance song participant, said, "This guy is number one," showing jealousy. Liz also commented, "I think it won't be easy to perform live while dancing, but since you were an idol, I'm looking forward to it."
When asked if Lee Jun-young could perform live while dancing, he replied, "Yes, well... I'm doing well," assuring that there were no issues with his preparation. He then revealed, "It's so burdensome. Many junior artists have performed this song. But if I don't do this song, it feels like I would be foolish. The writer said, 'You're a very smart kid,'" which surprised Yoo Jae-suk.
The song chosen by Yoon Do-hyun was 'Accidentally Met You' by Song Golmae. Lee Jeok mentioned, "I watched the last general meeting broadcast, and both Park Young-kyu and Yoon Do-hyun performed, but when I actually watched the broadcast, only Park Young-kyu's performance aired. So I thought it was Yoon Do-hyun's original song," indicating he was already aware.

Next, it was time to decide the performance order. Yoo Jae-suk said, "Most people want a middle position. But Choi Jung-hoon is between 8 and 12," raising questions. Jung-hoon explained, "I wrote 2, but someone from the back said, 'Isn't the latter half better?' so I wrote that," admitting he was influenced.
Yoo Jae-suk also questioned Ha Dong-kyun, who wrote 7. Ha Dong-kyun replied, "I thought someone might be nervous and make a mistake up to about number 6. I wanted to take some strength from that," honestly confessing, which made everyone laugh. Joo Woo-jae remarked, "That's more cunning than I thought," sticking out his tongue. Yoo Jae-suk understood Ha Dong-kyun's feelings, saying, "Since it's a competition, even good performers can make mistakes."
The participants most avoided were Yoon Do-hyun, Ha Dong-kyun, and Lee Jun-young. Park Myung-soo picked Wooz as the participant he wanted to avoid. He candidly said, "Wooz is the hottest, so we have to catch him." He added, "It doesn't matter how well Yoon Do-hyun, Lee Jeok, Ha Dong-kyun, and Choi Jung-hoon do! They're originally good! Popularity is the most important!" stating that Wooz was the most intimidating.
Yoo Jae-suk mentioned, "Since it's a pre-event, there are people who want to do a duet," suggesting unexpected duet combinations. The first combination was the hilarious couple Park Young-kyu and Park Myung-soo. The second was Lee Yong-jin and Lee Yong-jin, who sang 'In the Rain.'
Choi Jung-hoon and Choi Yu-ri performed 'Story of Parting.' Park Myung-soo expressed his disappointment, saying, "I wanted to do this with Yu-ri... I got it stolen by Jung-hoon."
A week later, the day of the finals approached. Kim Hee-ae arrived at the waiting room, and Yoo Jae-suk exclaimed, "Sister, you're so hip!" admiring Kim Hee-ae, who was wearing a group outfit. Kim Hee-ae explained, "It's a purple two-piece, and since there's a 15-minute break, I plan to change for the second part," stating she would do her best.
The performance order was revealed, with Yoon Do-hyun, Sola, Jung Sung-hwa, Liz, Wooz, Park Young-kyu, and Ha Dong-kyun performing first. Park Young-kyu encouraged, "You sing well, but I completely messed up today! It can't be helped. It's fate. Do it properly once!" The second half will feature Choi Yu-ri, Lee Yong-jin, Lalal, Choi Jung-hoon, Park Myung-soo, DinDin, Lee Jun-young, and Song Eun-yi with Kim Sook, and Lee Jeok. Wooz, who took the stage for rehearsal, chose Lee Seung-chul's 'Last Concert.'
Meanwhile, Joo Woo-jae and Lee Yi-kyung visited the waiting room where the participants were for the friendship award voting. Upon seeing Lalal in costume, Joo Woo-jae laughed, saying, "You look especially cool today?" Lalal replied, "I really practiced a lot, but a lot happened. I almost got into a serious car accident. It's strange. Why is nothing going well? How well do I have to do?" sharing that she had experienced many incidents leading up to the music awards.
Lee Yi-kyung chimed in, "You often hear that you're intuitive and amazing, right? Which Lee are you? Ham-pyeong Lee!" uniting through bloodline. Joo Woo-jae, watching this, joked, "Aren't you 'Doi' Lee?" and headed to another waiting room.
MBC's 'What Do You Do When You Play?' airs every Saturday at 6:30 PM.
