Lee Ok-bi, the daughter of poet Lee Yuk-sa, reminisced about her school days.
On the 13th, Lee Ok-bi appeared as a guest on tvN’s ‘You Quiz on the Block’, where she spoke about her father, who proclaimed independence through poetry.
On that day, Yoo Jae-suk expressed his admiration, saying, “I am familiar with Lee Yuk-sa’s poems as they are included in textbooks. I especially remember memorizing ‘Green Grapes’. Looking back now, each line resonates deeply with me.”
However, Lee Ok-bi revealed, “In fact, having a famous father during my school days was unfortunate. Teachers would ask, ‘What is your father’s intention in this poem?’ I had to memorize my father’s poems perfectly. And I was always put in the literary club without exception.”
