The home of comedian couple Kim Hak-rae and Lim Mi-sook has been revealed.
On the 11th, the TV Chosun entertainment program ‘Lovers of Joseon’ aired the couple's enormous home.
The two, who run a successful Chinese restaurant with an annual revenue of 30 billion won, live in a 100-pyeong house. The production team asked, “Isn’t the house too big for just the two of you?” to which Lim Mi-sook jokingly replied, “I plan to have my daughter-in-law and grandchildren ride horses here in the future.”
This house boasts an open view of the landmark ‘L Tower’ in Jamsil. Lim Mi-sook proudly showcased the view from the living room's large windows, saying, “Choi Yang-rak was really envious of this view. There is happiness that comes from this view,” and added, “The natural view brings peace and joy.”
She then mentioned her son Kim Dong-young's prospective match, Kim Ye-eun, saying, “Ye-eun, this view is all yours. The kitchen is spacious too, so if you sit here and ask, ‘Mom, what’s for dinner today? Please add a lot of mushrooms to the ribs,’ I’ll make it for you. Ye-eun, come marry quickly,” which drew laughter.
Additionally, she revealed a corner of the house filled with luxury bags, saying, “Kids these days like this kind of stuff. It’s a hot brand. They would love it if you give them something like this. How nice would it be if Ye-eun carries this to work?” expressing her satisfaction with Kim Ye-eun as a prospective daughter-in-law.
