The original chef trio, Lee Yeon-bok, Raymond Kim, and Jung Ho-young, will present a three-course set to challenge Imokase.

In the MBC entertainment program ‘Pookdaehang’ (short for ‘Pook Relaxing is Lucky’), airing at 9 PM on the 11th, the original chef trio Lee Yeon-bok, Raymond Kim, and Jung Ho-young will be joined by ‘Imokase’ Kim Mi-ryeong, showcasing an unprecedented chef brigade operating a restaurant on a deserted island. Assistant chefs Han Ji-hye, Yoo Hee-kwan, and Nam Chang-hee will also participate, while ‘CEO An’ Ahn Jung-hwan, Boom, Kim Min-kyung, and announcer Park Ji-min will observe them in the studio.

Before the official operation of the deserted island restaurant, Imokase provocatively declares, “I will overwhelm the original chefs,” challenging Lee Yeon-bok, Raymond Kim, and Jung Ho-young. In response, the trio will unite for the first time to prepare a counterattack with a set of ‘Chinese, Western, and Japanese’ dishes.

Each member will utilize their signature skills to create the menu. First, Chinese cuisine master Lee Yeon-bok expresses his determination, saying, “Even when customers ask for dumplings at the restaurant, I don’t make them, but today, I will create a one-of-a-kind dumpling that can only be tasted on this deserted island.” Western cuisine expert Raymond Kim will prepare a steak that maximizes flavor, while sushi master Jung Ho-young will complete sushi using fresh ingredients, aiming to tantalize the guests' taste buds.

Despite the harsh conditions of the deserted island, the trio will complete their dishes with innovative ideas and perfect teamwork, utilizing their expertise. Observers in the studio reportedly exclaimed, “The original chefs are indeed different.” Attention is focused on whether Imokase’s Korean cuisine can surpass the ‘three-course set’ created by the original chefs.

Meanwhile, the unprecedented scale of a deserted island restaurant featuring Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Western cuisines will be revealed in the MBC program ‘Pook Relaxing is Lucky’ airing today (11th) at 9 PM.
