Super Junior's Shindong shares his experience after receiving a diet injection.
In the KBS2 show 'Problematic Men in the Rooftop Room' airing on the 3rd, Shindong and Kyuhyun from the long-standing idol group Super Junior, which has been active for 20 years, will appear.
Shindong draws attention by revealing the secret behind his extreme diet that helped him lose 37kg over six months. He managed to drop from 116kg to 79kg by only eating six rice wraps filled with brown rice each day. After significantly reducing his weight with a harsh diet, he began to rationalize his eating habits and started consuming foods outside of his diet plan, leading to a yo-yo effect within three months.
Shindong reportedly spent over 14 million won on food delivery alone and recently shared his tips for eating delivery food healthily, surprising the rooftop MCs. He will reveal his unique tips for enjoying delivery food in a healthy way.
Shindong is also set to share his experience with the diet injection Wegovy, chosen by Elon Musk. He confessed that although he received the appetite-suppressing injection at the hospital, he did not see any effects. Even after increasing the dosage of Wegovy, the doctor was surprised to see Shindong's appetite remain unchanged, stating, "Mr. Shindong has a body that has overcome Wegovy."
Shindong expresses his affection for Super Junior, the group he has been with for 20 years, warming the atmosphere in the rooftop room. He conveyed his gratitude to the youngest member Kyuhyun, saying, "Just being alive is enough," showing his special affection for Kyuhyun, who had a near-death experience in a past car accident.
