Song Jeong-hoon, who started from a food truck and achieved the myth of annual sales of 60 billion won in 12 years with Utah Cup Rice, captivates attention as he appears as a new boss.
On the 29th, KBS2's ‘Boss's Ears are Donkey Ears’ (hereinafter ‘Boss's Ears’) features the sexy hot boss Song Jeong-hoon, who personally visited the studio for Boss's Ears, revealing the background of his global success achieved with just cup rice, with unmatched energy and confidence.
When Song Jeong-hoon appears in the studio, everyone is unable to hide their surprise at his casual look. He shows up in a hip-hop style and says, “Except for funerals, I always look like this 365 days a year,” instantly captivating Jeon Hyun-moo, Kim Sook, and Park Myung-soo with his vibrant appearance. He reveals, “Currently, our annual sales are 60 billion won. We have 60 stores in the U.S. and 200 stores in Indonesia, and we are currently preparing to expand into Dubai and Canada,” which leaves everyone in awe of his sexy business acumen.
Brand consultant Noh Hee-young, who appeared as a special MC for boss Song Jeong-hoon, who came to Korea for Boss's Ears, nods and says, “He runs his business in a very family-oriented way,” and acknowledges the passionate atmosphere of boss Song Jeong-hoon, who could not help but succeed globally, saying, “In Korea, you could say he’s showing off.”
In response, Song Jeong-hoon humbly explains the reason for not expanding into Korea, saying, “Cup rice has a premium overseas, not in Korea. There are already too many chicken stores in Korea. I don’t have confidence in Korea,” capturing attention.
Boss Lee Soon-sil, whose dream is to open a store, reportedly said, “I learned a lot from CEO Song,” and expressed her burning determination, saying, “I will also expand into the U.S.”
