Singer Yulhee boldly declares, "I will challenge the 'full marathon' to keep my promise to myself."
In the final episode of MBN's special entertainment program celebrating its 30th anniversary, 'Running to Live', which airs on the 21st at 8:20 PM, the 'Running Crew' will be depicted as they take on their last mission: a 42.195 km full marathon.
On this day, the deputy leader of the 'Running Crew', Lee Young-pyo, announces to everyone gathered, "We have completed 5 km marathons, 10 km, half marathons, and trail running. This final mission is a challenge for the full marathon!" His explanation that "the full marathon will be conducted for those who wish to participate" leaves the 'Running Crew' in deep thought, and finally, the 'full marathon' mission begins two weeks later.
The first to arrive at the scene, broadcaster Bae Seong-jae, shares, "Honestly, I have lived with the mindset of 'if it happens, it happens.' But the 'Running Crew' shows a mindset of 'it can be done,' which I find truly scary and amazing. I am curious about what choice the 'Running Crew' made regarding the final mission, the 'full marathon,'" as he waits for the 'full marathon challengers.' Shortly after, 'Running Ace' Lee Jang-jun and Han Sang-bo appear, with Lee Jang-jun stating, "My body says I'm not ready yet, but my mind says, 'Since I succeeded in the half marathon, I should do the full marathon.' (Marathon) has an irresistible charm," revealing his reason for the challenge.
Han Sang-bo also expresses his strong determination, saying, "I never dreamed of this at first, but after running the half marathon, I definitely gained confidence." Yulhee, who has never missed the 'female first place,' confidently joins in, receiving applause from everyone. He states, "I made a promise to myself to break my limits, and if I don't participate in the full marathon, that won't be fulfilled," throwing down the gauntlet for the 'full marathon.'
Furthermore, Yang Jun-hyuk, who was part of the 'lower tier group,' makes an appearance, causing a stir. Yang Jun-hyuk asserts, "I promised my daughter, so giving up on the full marathon challenge would be meaningless. Above all, I am the only one among the 'Running Crew' who has experience completing the full marathon."
Amid rising curiosity about who else will challenge the 'full marathon,' Captain Sean offers heartfelt encouragement to the 'Running Crew' just before the start, saying, "There is a saying that in the full marathon, you run 30 km with your legs, 10 km with your mental strength, 2 km with your heart, and the last 195 m with your tears."
