The members of 'Running Man' depicted a day where they moved according to the citizens' answers.
The SBS variety show 'Running Man', aired on the afternoon of the 8th, was themed 'As Given, So Dream'.
On this day, Yoo Jae-suk was standing alone at the opening location. He drew a picture in just 5 seconds based on the production team's instructions, resulting in a strange candle-like drawing. The production team explained, "The members are in different locations, but they must gather within 30 minutes after seeing Yoo Jae-suk's drawing for the opening to start and to receive advantageous benefits for the race. After 10 minutes, we will provide an additional drawing opportunity."
Upon receiving the drawing, Haha exclaimed, "Even when Dream was one year old, it wasn't like this... What is this? Did he really have to draw in just a few seconds?"
As the members continued to fail to guess, Yoo Jae-suk drew the rest of the picture, confidently stating, "You should know this much. It's Bongeunsa." At that moment, Haha confirmed it was Bongeunsa through an internet search and called Kim Jong-kook and Yang Se-chan, saying, "I don't think I can go to Dosan Park," and headed towards Yoo Jae-suk alone.
When all the members finally gathered, the production team explained, "You must enjoy three outing locations by 4 PM, or you will face a Gyro Swing penalty. You can only go to the locations that Yoo Jae-suk drew and asked the citizens about."
While heading to the mission location, Yoo Jae-suk asked Yang Se-chan if he had been to America, to which Kim Jong-kook remarked, "I knew it! But it's strange. Usually, you would talk about it," sensing something odd. Haha teased, "Congratulations. It's a bit awkward if you're with your girlfriend, right? Jong-kook is going to LA because of the baby," to which Yang Se-chan clarified, "No, I went with Jae-joon and Se-hyung."
Haha jokingly fabricated news, saying, "Is he dating an idol? My younger brother is dating an idol!"
Upon arriving in Hannam-dong, the members asked citizens to guess the DDP drawing, but after hearing the incorrect answer 'Jangchung Gymnasium', they ultimately headed to Jangchung Gymnasium. As the members struggled to reach the correct location, the production team suggested that if they complete a total of 50 with a relay of jegichagi (Korean foot shuttlecock), they would receive an additional 10 seconds.
Kim Jong-kook successfully completed 16 jegichagi alone, achieving the mission. The members decided to fill in the drawing with a grid pattern. However, the citizens' answer was 'grill plate'. Once again, the members fell further from mission success and headed to a food alley near DDP.
Haha remarked, "Jae-suk shouldn't do it. He's being too nice," and mimicked the shape of his mouth to say 'DDP', showing a wild reaction. The members moved right next to DDP, asked citizens about the drawing, and headed to the DDP rooftop.
The members heard from the production team, "You can do a rooftop tour at DDP. Only 4 people will walk on the roof by luck, while the rest will have a normal outing," and they selected Ji Suk-jin, Yoo Jae-suk, Yang Se-chan, and Ji Yeo-eun as the lucky four.
Equipped with gear, Yoo Jae-suk climbed to the rooftop and said, "Oh, this is a bit shocking," but then expressed satisfaction, saying, "Look at this view."
Later, the members engaged in a 'reverse writing' mission for lunch. The answer to the first question was 'King Gwanggaeto'. However, Kim Jong-kook wrote the 'ㅌ' of 'to' in reverse, drawing criticism. Ji Yeo-eun, who was responsible for 'great', even wrote 'dog', ultimately confirming the wrong answer.
When Yang Se-chan scolded, "Isn't Jong-kook writing well?" Kim Jong-kook replied, "I twisted it three times! I said to write the opposite of the answer, and this is what I wrote? No... this is strange?" unable to hide his embarrassment. Ji Yeo-eun also faced the members' anger when they asked, "But why did you write 'dog'?" and she retorted, "I really knew it. It's 'great'. Oh, I made a mistake!" causing laughter.
As a citizen guessed Yoo Jae-suk's drawing of 'Mulhoe' (cold raw fish soup), the members enjoyed a hearty meal of mulhoe, kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), and gimbap. At that moment, when Ji Yeo-eun showcased her impressive eating skills, Kim Jong-kook said, "She's a magician," feeling pleased. Yoo Jae-suk commented, "Guk-jong is really fond of Yeo-eun," to which Kim Jong-kook smiled, saying, "Isn't she cute!"
In response, Song Ji-hyo lamented, "For almost 15 years, look at me like that once! While I look at you like a foe! See, it's different!" Yoo Jae-suk interrupted their love line, saying, "It's strange to look at me like that now."
The third mission location was Namsan Octagonal Pavilion. The members asked a 7-year employee at Namsan about the drawing and received the answer 'Namsan Octagonal Pavilion'. With only 4 minutes left in the mission, the members took a photo at the pavilion and successfully completed their outing.
