Go Yoon-jung, Shin Sia, Kang Yoo-seok, Han Ye-ji, and Jung Joon-won from 'One day, a wise resident life' expressed their gratitude to the viewers.

Ahead of the highly anticipated final episode on the 18th, the cast members who portrayed the obstetrics and gynecology department at Jongno Yulje Hospital shared their thoughts on the conclusion of tvN's weekend drama 'One day, a wise resident life' (created by Shin Won-ho and Lee Woo-jung, written by Kim Song-hee, directed by Lee Min-soo, hereafter referred to as 'Unsljeon').

First, Go Yoon-jung, who played the first-year resident Oh Yi-young, expressed, "It was a work where every moment was precious and valuable, so I feel both sad and overwhelmed to say my final goodbye. I sincerely thank the viewers who loved this work," adding, "While portraying Yi-young, I learned and felt a lot, and I am grateful that this work has become another significant turning point for me. I will not forget the great love and support you have given me, and I will strive to become a wise actor who repays you with even better performances and works."

Shin Sia, who played the delicate emotional role of resident Pyo Nam-gyeong, said, "It was an honor to finish my first drama meaningfully. Every moment I lived as Nam-gyeong was so happy and precious. I sincerely thank everyone who loved the drama and Nam-gyeong, and I will repay you with even better appearances in the future."

Kang Yoo-seok, who played the former idol turned resident Um Jae-il, shared, "I received a lot of good energy while portraying Jae-il, who knows how to care for those around him and has perseverance. Through this work, I met precious people and was able to grow both as an actor and as a person." He also added, "Although the setting is a hospital, I believe this work conveyed empathy and support to all newcomers and those starting new jobs. I hope my intention to convey bright and positive energy to the viewers through this character was well delivered."

Han Ye-ji, who made her drama debut as the super AI character Kim Sa-bi, expressed, "It was an honor to belong here as Sa-bi, and I was so happy to be with Yi-young, Nam-gyeong, Jae-il, and Do-won," confessing her affection for her colleagues. She continued, "I was very worried about not being a hindrance on this wonderful stage, but thanks to the staff and production team who helped me on set, I was able to finish safely. I sincerely thank them."

Finally, Jung Joon-won, who played Gu Do-won, shared, "These six weeks passed by so quickly that I didn't even realize it; it was the most exciting and happiest time of my life. I think I will never forget the time I spent meeting and living as Gu Do-won." He added, "Thanks to the director, writers, fellow actors, and staff who shared this beautiful journey with me, every moment was precious, and the set was always filled with excitement and gratitude. I wish all the viewers who have loved us until now to always be healthy and filled with joy."

With the heartfelt final messages from the actors, 'Unsljeon' is set to depict the stories of the residents as they turn the page on a tumultuous year in the final episode. As the residents, who dream of a wise medical life, continue to grow vigorously, curiosity about whether they will achieve their long-awaited dreams is increasing.

The final story of the lovable residents will unfold in 'One day, a wise resident life', which will air its final episode on the 18th at 9:20 PM.
