In ‘I Live Alone’, musical actor Kai reveals his daily life as a ‘reading enthusiast’, filled with artistic sensibility in his ‘Kai House’, where he reads books and looks at paper newspapers instead of using a mobile phone.
On the 16th, MBC’s ‘I Live Alone’ will showcase the emotional house of musical actor Kai.
Kai is a leading musical actor and popera singer in South Korea, having starred in major productions such as ‘Phantom’, ‘Frankenstein’, ‘Les Misérables’, and ‘Jekyll and Hyde’. He is active in music entertainment and also teaches students aspiring to be musical actors as a professor specializing in musical theater.
The released photos capture the artistic sensibility of Kai’s ‘Kai House’, which he has lived in for 8 years. Kai describes his home as “not a matched interior, but the best interior is a collection of things I love,” explaining that his lifestyle habits have naturally come together in harmony.
The cherished items placed freely throughout the house, along with the living room, study, and kitchen, each exuding a different atmosphere, create a ‘multi-universe’ that harmonizes uniquely with Kai’s sensibility. He introduces his bedroom, the only place he has decorated, where everything from the bed to the air conditioner is ‘all black’, raising curiosity about the reason behind it.
Dressed in a colorful floral pajama, Kai starts his morning routine by greeting his cute pet cat ‘Tenor’, and he is seen reading a paper newspaper, drawing attention. Kai states, “I feel like my mobile phone is a device that shows me things I didn’t choose. It could be the source of misery,” revealing that he tries to avoid it as much as possible. He is expected to share his own methods of keeping distance from social media.
