'Yumi's Cells' is returning for Season 3 with Kim Go-eun.
The TVING original series 'Yumi's Cells Season 3' (written by Song Jae-jung and Kim Kyung-ran, directed by Lee Sang-yeob) depicts Yumi (played by Kim Go-eun), who returns as a star writer, and the cells that only know Yumi, as they grow once again and tell a love story as always in this cell-stimulating relatable romance.
Based on the legendary Naver webtoon of the same name (by Lee Dong-geon), 'Yumi's Cells' has received immense love for its cheerful and realistic portrayal of Yumi's story as she eats, loves, and grows alongside her cells.
The successful combination of live-action and 3D animation, attempted for the first time in Korea, has been praised as an evolution of the drama format.
