On that day, Lee Hyun-yi shared her first meeting story with her husband while searching for restaurants with Jeon Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube.
Lee Hyun-yi said, “We had a meeting with 4 models, including myself, and 4 employees from a large company. At that meeting, my husband chose me at first impression. The other guys said, ‘You are really unique,’” she laughed.
She continued, “That day, my husband asked for my contact information. Two days later, we watched a movie together and started dating.” Additionally, Lee Hyun-yi mentioned, “At first, my husband was worried that I was the only one who liked him and whether I could raise a child. But it seems that when a woman gives birth, the switch changes,” referring to her reality as ‘Mom’ Lee Hyun-yi.
Lee Hyun-yi married her husband Hong Seong-ki in October 2012 and they have two sons. Hong Seong-ki works as an engineer at Samsung Electronics and has also attracted attention for his distinct features. The couple has appeared on various shows, including SBS’s ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams’.
