Chef Yeo Kyung-rae recalled the moment he witnessed his father's traffic accident.
On the broadcast of TV Chosun’s ‘Dad and I’ on the 6th, Yeo Kyung-rae's daily life was depicted.
On that day, Yeo Kyung-rae visited his father's grave with his son, Yeo Min. Having lost his father at the age of 5, Yeo Kyung-rae said, “I have only one or two photos of my father, and I have no memories at all. My younger brother, who is three years younger, has no memories at all. The only memory I have is that he liked to drink.”
Yeo Kyung-rae recalled his father's last moments. He said, “He was selling the crops he had farmed at the market, and he wanted to use that money to watch a movie. My mother and I got into the car first, and while my father was crossing the street with the vegetables, a car came and hit him. I saw it happen.”
He continued, “I said, ‘Dad is dead.’ It was 60 years ago, but that is my last memory,” evoking a sense of sorrow.
Meanwhile, ‘Dad and I’ airs every Tuesday at 10 PM.
