Shin Seung-hwan shared his thoughts on appearing in 'Gangs of London Season 3'.
On the afternoon of the 25th, a press conference for the British drama 'Gangs of London Season 3' was held at CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall in Seoul, attended by director Kim Hong-sun and actors Shin Seung-hwan and Im Joo-hwan.
Shin Seung-hwan said, "The director and I worked together on 'The Conspirators', which won the Blue Dragon Best New Actor Award. We also worked on the script together," adding, "I worked hard. It is an honor to open such a big project. I was grateful to be invited."
He also mentioned, "At that time, there were many beautiful and handsome actors in the club scene. I was acting with blood and a broken neck, and after it ended, I received a lot of applause. But as soon as Im Joo-hwan appeared, the staff started shouting. I realized that regardless of East or West, you have to be a character first."
He continued, "I thought I should work hard on my acting. The local staff and actors took pictures with Im Joo-hwan," he joked.
‘Gangs of London Season 3’ depicts a crime noir action story where hundreds die across London due to cocaine laced with fentanyl, plunging gangs into extreme chaos. Elliott Carter, a former undercover cop and now a key figure in the underworld, faces a shocking conspiracy connected to his past while pursuing the truth behind the events. It will be exclusively released on Wave on the 28th.
