He continued, "While thinking about how to obtain a U.S. court order, I contacted a U.S. law firm I knew. They found a ruling that someone had previously made and sent it to me. When I looked at the ruling, I saw the name of the lawyer who handled the case. I searched for the name and office address and contacted them. During a remote video conference, I asked if we could work together, and they said it was possible. So, I even went to Japan."
Lawyer Jeong Kyung-seok revealed that he was surprised when the 'Anti-Fandom Concentration Camp' channel was suddenly deleted. The headquarters sends a notification to the user when they receive the U.S. court order, and the account was closed on the same day they were notified.
Fortunately, the headquarters had saved the account information, and later he was able to receive the name, address, and account information. Lawyer Jeong Kyung-seok confirmed the match by obtaining a resident registration certificate in Korea. He expressed his disbelief, saying, "(The operator of 'Anti-Fandom Concentration Camp') claimed in court that they uploaded the videos for public interest. They argued that they thought it was real because they saw it online. I don't understand why that person is fulfilling that right to know."
The operator of 'Anti-Fandom Concentration Camp' reportedly bought a villa with the channel's operating revenue. Lawyer Jeong Kyung-seok stated, "Measures have been taken to seize the criminal proceeds. They may have to sell it or take out a loan to fulfill their obligation for damages."
