Top domestic idols enhance the listening experience of the OST for ‘Someday, a Wise Resident Life’.
tvN's new Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Someday, a Wise Resident Life’ (Creators Shin Won-ho, Lee Woo-jung / Director Lee Min-soo / Screenwriter Kim Song-hee / Planning CJ ENM Studios / Production Egg is Coming) (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Wise Resident’) has formed a solid OST lineup featuring Stray Kids' (Lee Know, Seungmin, I.N), Ahn Yujin (IVE), Do Kyungsoo (D.O.), Winter (WINTER), Tomorrow X Together, Dokyum (SEVENTEEN), and Minnie ((G)I-DLE).
‘Someday, a Wise Resident Life’ is a spin-off drama of ‘The Wise Doctor Life’ that depicts the growth of residents dreaming of becoming wise doctors. Young actors Go Yoon-jung (Oh Yi-young), Shin Si-ya (Pyo Nam-gyeong), Kang Yoo-seok (Eom Jae-il), Han Ye-ji (Kim Sa-bi), and Jung Jun-won (Koo Do-won) are expected to portray the tumultuous daily lives of residents at the Obstetrics and Gynecology department of Jongno Yulje Hospital.
In particular, as this season deals with the stories of young professionals, the production team of ‘The Wise Resident’ stated, “We have exclusively composed the OST lineup with only young idols to match the stories of young people starting anew,” adding, “We plan to enhance immersion with music that captures the diverse personalities and emotions of the artists,” which has garnered attention.
The released poster also features not only the representative K-POP artists responsible for the OST of ‘The Wise Resident’ but also the appearance of a hidden vocalist. Curiosity is growing about who will be the final puzzle piece to complete the luxurious lineup of ‘Someday, a Wise Resident Life’.
Additionally, Studio Maum C, which was in charge of the OST for the ‘The Wise Doctor Life’ series, will participate in the production. The OST produced by Studio Maum C is expected to play a significant role in driving the emotional lines of the characters beyond just background music.
The well-made OST, completed with the beautiful synergy of top domestic idols, will be featured in tvN's new Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Someday, a Wise Resident Life’, which will premiere on Saturday, the 12th, at 9:10 PM.
