In the JTBC entertainment program 'Knowing Bros' airing on the 1st, in celebration of the March 1st Movement, top Korean history instructor Choi Tae-sung, actor Lee Sang-yeob who has obtained the 'Korean History Proficiency Test' certification, and singer Jeon Hyo-sung will join. They plan to fill the meaningful 'March 1st Special' with their unique affection and interest in history alongside the brothers.
On this day, Choi Tae-sung, who insists on providing free lectures, responds to a question about whether he receives offers from private education companies, saying, "I receive many good offers. But I believe this is the path of my life," revealing his firm conviction and impressing the brothers. He continues, "After seeing a comment from a student who attended my lecture, I wanted to create a 'lecture that you have to seek out and attend even if you have money,'" sharing the behind-the-scenes story of why he insists on free lectures.
Additionally, Jeon Hyo-sung shares, "I was shocked by my past verbal slip and started studying Korean history by watching Choi Tae-sung's lectures to feel proud of myself. As I studied, I realized it was a ridiculous mistake," revealing the reason she decided to challenge the 'Korean History Proficiency Test'. In response, Choi Tae-sung praises her, saying, "Jeon Hyo-sung has been a pioneer among celebrities who have obtained the 'Korean History Proficiency Test' certification. It's truly amazing," and applauds her.
Meanwhile, when the brothers ask Lee Sang-yeob, who passed the 'Korean History Proficiency Test' level 1 on his first try, for his secret, he replies, "I diligently listened to Choi Tae-sung's lectures." To this, Choi Tae-sung responds, "It's a really difficult exam. Only one or two out of ten pass level 1," expressing pride in his student Lee Sang-yeob.
