Wheein of the group Mamamoo talked about the pros and cons of being a free agent.
On the 14th, Wheein appeared as a guest on KBS2’s ‘The Seasons - Lee Young-ji's Rainbow’.
That day, Wheein said, “I am currently a free agent. I am a free spirit. Thankfully, many places have contacted me, but I am still thinking calmly about it.” She continued, “The good thing about being a free agent is the money. Since all the profits are mine, I like that aspect. The downside is that I have to do everything on my own. I also have to rent a car myself.”
Regarding the conditions she is looking for in a company, Wheein said, “I think it would be nice to have a place that respects and maintains work-life balance. I love the process of making albums so much, but it’s also important to take breaks. Since I couldn’t do that in the past, it feels even more precious now.”
