Kim Sung-eun from 'Strange Story' shed tears while thinking of her father.
During the filming of the SBS Life pilot program 'Shinbal Talk Show - Strange Story,' cast members Kim Young-hee, Jo Soo-yeon, Jo Chung-hyun, and shaman Kim Sung-eun shared stories about the belongings of the deceased.
During the filming, while sharing episodes related to the deceased's belongings, Jo Chung-hyun asked, "What should the bereaved family do with the belongings?" The shamans collectively expressed, "It's not good to keep the belongings; it's better to keep just a photo."
Kim Sung-eun opened up, saying, "My father passed away in 2010, and I organized everything at that time, but I was too young to sort through all of my father's things."
She continued, "I kept a T-shirt that still had my father's scent and his old mobile phone. I couldn't throw away the comb that had my dad's hair. I have these items stored in a small box. I feel that it's not good to keep them... but I think I need to organize them now," showing her emotional struggle.
Kim Sung-eun wiped her tears, saying, "Suddenly... (it's sad)" in response to the shamans' comfort.
'Strange Story' is a pilot program that features strange and eerie stories experienced by shamans from fortune-telling houses that people visit when faced with unresolved and frustrating problems. It will air on SBS Life on the 14th and 21st at 10 PM.
