Watching this scene from a distance, Kang Soo-hyun saw her own childhood reflected in Yoo Jin-woo's longing for his mother's affection, which led her to decide to embrace him. She then issued a strong warning to Yoo Jin-woo's mother, saying, "Don't come around."
Feeling a strange sense of kinship with Yoo Jin-woo, who was following her, Kang Soo-hyun encouraged him with heartfelt comfort, saying, "Don't adjust yourself to others."
