Rapper Gil (real name Gil Seong-jun), who is from the duo Leessang, expressed his disappointment over not being able to participate in the 20th anniversary calendar of 'Infinite Challenge'.

On the 23rd, Gil held a Q&A session with fans on Instagram. During this session, a fan asked, "Why didn't you participate in the 'Infinite Challenge' calendar?" and Gil responded with a meme of Park Myung-soo saying, "Include me too." When another fan asked, "Why aren't you in the 'Infinite Challenge' calendar, Gil oppa?" he posted another meme of Park Myung-soo saying, "I want to be included too."

Recently, MBC announced the release of a calendar featuring memes from the variety show 'Infinite Challenge' to commemorate its 20th anniversary in 2025. On the 16th, they also released an unboxing video for the 'Infinite Challenge' 20th anniversary calendar. At the end of the video, autographs and photos of members including Yoo Jae-suk, Park Myung-soo, Jung Jun-ha, Ha Ha, Hwang Kwang-hee, Jo Se-ho, Yang Se-hyung, and Jeon Jin were revealed. Although messages from former members who left midway, such as Jung Hyung-don and Noh Hong-chul, were included, Gil's photo and autograph were notably absent.

Gil joined 'Infinite Challenge' in 2009 and made a name for himself through various specials, including the music festival. However, he left the show after his driver's license was revoked due to a drunk driving incident in April 2014. Following another drunk driving incident in 2017 and revelations of a previous incident in 2004, he faced significant backlash, leading to a permanent ban from appearing on MBC and several other channels.
