Former basketball player Woo Ji-won has transformed into an actor.
In the episode of TV Chosun’s ‘Now I’m Alone’ aired on the 16th, Woo Ji-won was seen during a profile shoot.
On this day, Woo Ji-won conducted a profile shoot for his acting career. Having prepared seven outfits, Woo Ji-won explained, “Since I have a neat image and an athlete's image, I thought it would be good to transform for various characters as an actor, especially for strong roles, so I prepared a lot of clothes.”
When the staff asked, “Did you have a concept you wanted?” Woo Ji-won replied, “There’s the role Park Sung-woong played in ‘New World’. A tall and charismatic role.”
Woo Ji-won said, “Since my image as an athlete is strong, I often hear suggestions like ‘How about changing your image?’ I thought it would be good to take on strong characters or impactful roles. I want to challenge myself.”
