Most Contents has established the entertainment studio 'Studio Delight' in collaboration with PD Kwon Jae-young of 'Immortal Songs'.

Based on its experience in efficient content production systems, Most Contents has established the entertainment-specialized studio 'Studio Delight' with PD Kwon Jae-young, who has planned and directed KBS's 'Immortal Songs' and 'Im Young-woong Show', last month. They have begun producing various entertainment content in new formats.

Through this, Most Contents is expanding its business area into entertainment following the successful establishment of its drama business, creating a virtuous cycle of entertainment content that connects drama, entertainment, OST, copyright, and IP subsidiary businesses.

In 2020, Most Contents established THE STUDIO M with star director Lee Myung-woo, who directed 'Hot Blooded Priest' and 'Punch', successfully launching well-made killer contents such as 'One Day' and 'Boys' Generation', establishing itself as a trusted brand production company recognized for both IP planning capability and commercial viability.

PD Kwon Jae-young joined KBS in 1997 and has been responsible for major music programs such as 'Music Bank', 'You Hee-yeol's Sketchbook', and 'Immortal Songs'. He is particularly known for creating KBS's representative long-running entertainment program 'Immortal Songs'.

Studio Delight has already begun large-scale entertainment program production aimed at airing in spring next year and is also planning and developing various new formats of short-form content.

In particular, through Most Contents' experience in digital content distribution and IP subsidiary businesses, as well as the content fund being prepared, they plan to break away from the abnormal and wasteful content production and distribution structure that is merely service-oriented, and create a content ecosystem where production companies, platforms, and users can coexist and thrive together.

CEO Yoo Jin-oh of Most Contents stated, “The music market has already experienced various conflicts in the early 2000s as the music distribution structure mixed with the IT industry, but it has grown into a stable win-win structure by actively seeking ways to coexist. Through that process, the music market has grown exponentially, and looking at the music copyright association alone, the annual collection amount, which was around 20 billion won in the early 2000s, has exceeded 400 billion won as of 2023. It is not an exaggeration to say that the success or failure of the content industry depends on how actively it responds to the IT-centered distribution structure and creates a coexistence ecosystem.”

CEO Yoo Jin-oh participated as a co-founder in the establishment of kt music, the predecessor of Genie Music, and has served as the head of the content/strategy business division of kt music and CEO of Doremi Media. He also has experience planning the mini homepage BGM (background music) business, the world's first paid BGM service, in collaboration with Cyworld, successfully entering the paid digital music market.

Most Contents plans to continue expanding new formats of IP production and strengthening its IP distribution business through strategic cooperation with drama and entertainment affiliates.
