The difficulty is insane. Coupang Play's entertainment show 'University War' has revealed even more creative and challenging games through a preview clip of Episode 5.
'University War' is a 100% pure reality brain battle survival where the top 1% of true geniuses from South Korea's prestigious universities compete using only their brains. With extreme brain battles heating up each episode, Season 2 will showcase fresh games in Episode 5, which will be released on the 6th.
Previously, 'University War' confused even the true genius participants with 'Rock-Paper-Scissors Chess', which combined chess and rock-paper-scissors rules, and 'Blank SAT', where answers had to be inferred without a question sheet. This time, it is expected to amaze viewers once again with 'Sum-Check Omok', which applies calculations to the game of Omok, and 'Blind Sudoku', where problems must be solved and memorized solely by sight.
The first game revealed is 'Sum-Check Omok', a death match that will determine the third school to be eliminated after 'Korea University-MIT'. As 'Sum-Check Omok', which requires both strategic thinking and quick calculation skills, was unveiled, participants expressed their dismay. Attention is focused on which school will compete against POSTECH in the death match and the fierce brain battle of true geniuses to avoid elimination.
The second game revealed is 'Blind Sudoku', which will be played for the benefits of the main match. With upgraded rules from Season 1's 'Blind Omok', participants must solve all the empty spaces of Sudoku and memorize their exact locations using only their eyes within 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Even Hwang Gi-hyun from KAIST, who ranked first in the pre-test Sudoku, showed signs of tension. In a game where only the top 1% of geniuses can escape, attention is drawn to which school will survive and which protagonist will defy expectations with brilliant brain play to gain benefits.
