Kim Dong-wan, a member of the group Shinhwa, has clarified the controversy surrounding his ambiguous pointed post.
On the 14th, Kim Dong-wan stated on his SNS, "I'm sorry for causing concern," and added, "There's nothing to worry about, so don't worry. I've been writing too many lyrics under the pretext of composing, and countless stories have been growing inside me, so I've been quietly going a bit crazy in my room."
He mentioned, "I received several calls asking, 'Was that directed at me?' They are all fictional characters. Please don't misunderstand," and announced, "Tonight, the pajama room 'Dream of the Freshwater Eel' will be uploaded."
On that day, Kim Dong-wan posted a meaningful pointed message saying, "I don't like that you appear on my feed no matter what. Please don't hate me, like I do."
Previously, Kim Dong-wan had drawn attention with several statements on SNS. Recently, regarding his participation in a variety show, he expressed, "Please stop inviting me. I don't even have the confidence to be funny, and I don't want to bring up real stories in front of the public. Touching the past only leaves me with wounds. Can't I just live quietly pretending to be happy and successful? Just leave me alone."
As his comments became controversial, Kim Dong-wan apologized, saying, "I unknowingly became complacent and drifted away from my main work, forgetting how I did that job," and added, "I think the method was wrong."
Meanwhile, Kim Dong-wan appeared in the KBS2 drama 'Please Take Care of Eagle Five,' which ended in August.
