Jaurim's vocalist Kim Yoon-ah has shared her recent updates on maintaining her health through exercise.
On the 17th, Kim Yoon-ah posted a photo on her SNS with the caption "Survival Ballet." In the released photo, Kim Yoon-ah is seen taking a selfie in front of a mirror while wearing a ballet outfit.
Previously, Kim Yoon-ah confessed in July last year during a YouTube channel 'Sebasi Lecture' that she was suffering from the aftereffects of brain nerve paralysis. Her determination to regain a stronger and healthier life through ballet exercise is evident.
During that lecture, Kim Yoon-ah stated, "I have congenital immune deficiency, so I am still receiving treatment every month. At that time, the brain nerve paralysis affected my sense of smell, taste, hearing, pain, temperature sensation, and caused issues from my face to upper body muscles and the vagus nerve," which raised concerns among many.
Additionally, Kim Yoon-ah mentioned her congenital immune deficiency in September last year on the SBS variety program 'Same Bed, Different Dreams Season 2 - You Are My Destiny,' stating, "I am in a situation where I need to borrow antibodies from healthy adults to boost my immunity."
Kim Yoon-ah married dentist Kim Hyung-kyu in 2006 and has one son.
