Kim Dong-hyuk, a member of the group iKON, will enlist in the military band.
His agency, 143 Entertainment, announced on the 9th, "Kim Dong-hyuk applied for the Army military band and recently received a notice of acceptance from the Military Manpower Administration."
Kim Dong-hyuk plans to enlist as an active duty soldier on July 28 and begin his military service.
The agency stated that there will be no separate events to consider the many soldiers and their families and to prevent safety accidents.
They added, "We ask for your unwavering love and support until Kim Dong-hyuk completes his military service faithfully and returns in good health."
Born in 1997, Kim Dong-hyuk debuted as a member of iKON in 2015.
