The theatrical version of 'Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc' has reclaimed the box office throne over the weekend, while 'The Boss' has also successfully made a comeback to rank 2nd.
According to the integrated ticket sales network of the Korean Film Council on the 20th, 'Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc' attracted 83,740 viewers the previous day, bringing its cumulative audience to 2,215,586.
The film is based on the popular episode of Fujimoto Tatsuki's manga 'Chainsaw Man,' which has surpassed 30 million copies in global circulation, easily crossing the 2 million mark.
'The Boss' also maintained its 2nd place, receiving the choice of over 39,000 viewers, with a cumulative audience of 2,258,190.
Simultaneously debuting and capturing the weekday theater audience, 'Jujutsu Kaisen: The Movie - The Cursed Child' (hereafter referred to as 'Jujutsu Kaisen: The Movie') attracted over 30,000 viewers and fell to 3rd place, with a cumulative audience of over 133,000.
As of 8 AM on that day, the top pre-booking rate is for 'First Ride' (20.9%). Following that are 'Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc' (20.2%) and 'Coraline' (6.2%).
