‘Salim Nam’ is on a continuous hit streak. It featured Park Seo-jin's first Fashion Week challenge, Ji Sang-ryeol's romantic excitement, and Kang Kyun-sung's shocking confession.
In the episode aired on the 20th, KBS 2TV’s ‘Salim Nam Season 2’ (hereafter ‘Salim Nam’) showcased the second part of Park Seo-jin's preparation for her first Fashion Week and the heart-fluttering first one-on-one meeting between Ji Sang-ryeol and Shin Bo-ram.
The broadcast recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 3.4% according to Nielsen Korea, and the scene where Park Seo-jin, Kang Kyun-sung, and Kim Yong-myung danced with over 200 aerobics participants achieved a peak rating of 4.8%.
On this day, special guest Subin from Dalshabet appeared, raising the atmosphere from the start. Subin showed unreserved interest in Park Seo-jin, saying, “You look so handsome in person. What’s your zodiac sign?” which flustered Park Seo-jin, causing him to sweat and laugh.
Next, the second part of Park Seo-jin's first Fashion Week challenge unfolded. Kang Kyun-sung served Park Seo-jin and Kim Yong-myung a homemade ‘energy-boosting juice’ after their fashion training. When Kang Kyun-sung introduced it as “especially good for men,” Kim Yong-myung asked, “You’re a premarital chastity advocate, so why are you drinking this?”
Kang Kyun-sung confidently revealed, “I first took a premarital chastity pledge at 30 in 2011,” but when Park Seo-jin asked, “Is it really premarital chastity?” he unexpectedly replied, “No,” shocking everyone present. He also surprised everyone with a confession that his last relationship was a year ago.
In response, Park Seo-jin joked, “I’ve been practicing premarital chastity for 31 years. I’m a greenbelt,” and Eun Ji-won chimed in, “Park Seo-jin is the original. He’s a saint,” eliciting laughter.
Park Seo-jin then shared her reasons for not dating, saying, “I’ve been busy, and I’m worried that I might miss opportunities because of dating,” confessing her honest feelings about hesitating to go on blind dates due to fear of losing chances.
Later, Kim Yong-myung said, “In fashion, momentum is important,” and took Park Seo-jin and Kang Kyun-sung to a massive aerobics scene. Upon seeing over 200 people dancing in sync to vibrant music, Park Seo-jin seemed frozen, but eventually received a ‘one-point training’ from the energetic instructor to recharge her momentum.
Finally, on the day of ‘2026 S/S Seoul Fashion Week,’ Park Seo-jin appeared nervous, bowing her head as she descended the blue carpet stairs, but during the photo time, she posed like a pro. Enjoying the fashion show with numerous celebrities, she actively engaged in the new and fun experience, successfully completing Fashion Week.
Ji Sang-ryeol, before his one-on-one meeting with the beautiful show host Shin Bo-ram, who he met through Yeom Kyung-hwan in the last broadcast, received ‘forbidden action’ coaching from Baek Ji-young, Eun Ji-won, and Park Seo-jin. Baek Ji-young humorously warned, “Boasting about 350 million sperm is prohibited. And don’t lick your lips too much,” making everyone laugh.
When Park Seo-jin, a lifelong single, began coaching, Ji Sang-ryeol reacted, “Who are you? Aren’t you a virgin?” causing laughter. He then suggested a surprise mission, saying, “If you like a woman, drink white wine; if you feel comfortable like a younger sibling, drink red wine.”
On the date day, Ji Sang-ryeol arrived at the meeting place first. He expressed concern to the production team, saying, “I think Bo-ram will feel burdened if there are too many cameras. How about reducing them to a minimum?” showing his consideration, and ultimately, the crew withdrew, leaving only the cameras. Eun Ji-won, who was watching, admired Ji Sang-ryeol’s sincerity, saying, “The broadcast is not the goal.”
After all the preparations, Ji Sang-ryeol met Shin Bo-ram and they enjoyed a cheerful date together. While ordering at the restaurant, despite the staff's recommendation for red wine, he strongly ordered white wine, executing the liking mission set by Park Seo-jin. Being born in the year of the dog, he playfully flirted with Shin Bo-ram, who was born in the year of the tiger, saying, “Dog and tiger signs get along well. How about a dog?” which made everyone laugh.
While sharing concerns about dating as dog lovers, he made a shocking statement, “You should date someone like me. There won’t be any arguments because of the dog. I even eat dog poop,” which left everyone stunned. The two continued their honest conversation while playing Love Jenga, and when Shin Bo-ram said, “I like meeting often,” Ji Sang-ryeol asked, “When you like someone, do you meet often?” to which Shin Bo-ram replied, “That’s why I came today,” making everyone’s hearts flutter. Thanks to Ji Sang-ryeol’s direct approach, the atmosphere between the two became even more romantic.
After the date, Ji Sang-ryeol boldly confessed, “If you have a desire to meet again, come out with your legs,” and waited for her. In a tense moment, when Shin Bo-ram appeared at the meeting place, Ji Sang-ryeol couldn’t hide his joy and smiled brightly. Seeing this, Eun Ji-won exclaimed, “Let’s get our Sang-ryeol married! Let’s definitely do it on this program!” shaking the studio.
Choosing to meet Ji Sang-ryeol again, Shin Bo-ram said, “He was very polite, and even when he treated me to mocha, he was kind,” adding, “I felt that he was considerate overall, and I appreciated that. I think it will be fun to meet comfortably next time.” Ji Sang-ryeol promised, “I will be Shin Bo-ram’s daily manager,” raising expectations for their future meetings.
