Singer Yoo Seung-jun (48, American name Steve Yoo) has won his third lawsuit requesting the cancellation of the visa issuance refusal and shared his first thoughts.
On the 31st, a video titled 'Yoo Seung-jun Life Talk' was uploaded to Yoo Seung-jun's YouTube channel.
In the video, Yoo Seung-jun said, "Even in difficult situations, depending on who you are with, it can become a beneficial situation. I can't speak without tears, and if I do, it becomes a 'human theater'."
He recalled a past incident with Jackie Chan, saying, "When I was hot, there were 30 to 40 people moving with me, including dancers, managers, and stylists. Jackie Chan saw that and asked, 'Who is that?' Later, when I entered China, he contacted me first, and thanks to that, my heart was warm throughout my time in China. He is a benefactor, and there were many people who helped me like that."
Especially, Yoo Seung-jun, who met his wife at the age of 15 and has been together for 34 years, said, "She deeply embraced me when I was at my hardest. At the most difficult time in my life, I had my first son, and he was a light for me," becoming emotional.
He continued, "As we live, everyone has their own position. In the past, I lived with a sense of superiority and judged others, but I found that others were better than me. Now, I don't judge anyone. I had my own judgment and standards, and I sharply judged and criticized others. Looking back, I realize I know nothing about their lives. I feel ignorant," reflecting on his past.

He also left a lengthy message. Starting with, "If I have the greatest blessing, it is having a loving wife and a loving family," he said, "I have gained everything. Even when there are heartbreaking events, my heart has always been rich and grateful. I gained strength by looking at my loving wife and children," repeatedly expressing his affection for his family.
In particular, he said, "The more difficult and painful it is, the closer and deeper love, acceptance, and comfort become. When going through hardships, the fake and the real are distinguished, and the finite and the infinite are also differentiated," adding, "How wonderful it would be if we could learn life without mistakes and regrets. Life is about gradually realizing things as wrinkles increase and white hair grows. No one is an exception. Only after losing do we realize what was precious. I am truly a foolish person," he shared his feelings.
Additionally, he said, "It hasn't been easy, but I've come this far. Is there an easy life in this world? It's so sad to see the media's reality distorting facts and diminishing sincerity at all costs."
Meanwhile, the 5th Administrative Division of the Seoul Administrative Court ruled in favor of Yoo Seung-jun in the first trial of his lawsuit against the Consulate General of Los Angeles regarding the cancellation of the visa issuance refusal on the 28th of last month. However, the lawsuit against the Ministry of Justice regarding the 'non-existence of the entry ban decision' was dismissed.
Yoo Seung-jun was once active as a top singer in Korea and expressed his intention to enlist in the military, but he faced criticism for suddenly acquiring U.S. citizenship and evading military service. Since then, he has been banned from entering Korea since 2002.
