Singer Yoo Yeol returns today (22nd) with KBS's 'Documentary 3 Days'.
Yoo Yeol, who had served as the representative voice of the program with over 60 narrations in the past, had halted his activities due to a diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis eight years ago, but after a long battle with the illness, he has regained his voice.
When Yoo Yeol appeared in the recording studio, he couldn't hide his nervousness in front of the microphone after a long time.
The production team and those present at the scene watched with bated breath, wondering if he would be able to finish the recording safely, and after the recording was completed, Yoo Yeol buried his face in a handkerchief, revealing deep emotions.
Yoo Yeol described this comeback as "a miraculous event," and with a trembling voice, he said, "To be able to meet again with my voice..." trailing off. He also expressed his gratitude to Lee Ji-won, the VJ who was the 'protagonist of the promise' from ten years ago. Lee Ji-won participated in the on-site filming but couldn't hide her shyness.
