Dexter Studio (206560, hereinafter referred to as Dexter) announced that it has signed a VFX technology supply contract for the drama 'T (tentative title)' produced by the Japanese production company 'Episcope'.

The contract amount totals 5.82 billion won, and the contract period is from July 18, 2025, to January 29, 2027.

Dexter has collaborated with Japanese production companies on various projects, including the Hollywood release of 'Saint Seiya: The Beginning', based on a Japanese manga with a global fanbase, the Netflix movie 'City Hunter', based on a popular manga that has sold over 50 million copies, and the Netflix series 'Yu Yu Hakusho', a live-action adaptation of a representative work in the Japanese occult genre manga.

In particular, Dexter was responsible for the VFX production of the award-winning Netflix series 'Parasyte: The Grey' and the nominated series 'Yu Yu Hakusho', both of which were produced based on popular Japanese IP and were nominated for Best Digital VFX Work at the 2024 Asia Content Awards & Global OTT Awards.

Dexter has been maintaining exchanges with the Japanese video production industry. In June, industry representatives from 13 companies belonging to the Japan Post Production Association visited Dexter to explore Dexter's post-production technology and seek collaboration opportunities.

The Japan Post Production Association, which visited Dexter for the second consecutive year in 2024, was established in 1993 with the goal of revitalizing the Japanese post-production market and promoting the content industry. It has over 150 member companies engaged in the video content industry, including TV, film, and advertising.

A representative from Dexter stated, "We are continuing active collaborations with the Japanese video industry based on our differentiated post-production technology and a high understanding of the Japanese video production environment and Japanese IP," adding, "We are steadily expanding our global production participation base based on our overseas project experience with numerous production companies in Japan, China, and more."
