On the 19th, Son Dam-bi posted a video on her YouTube channel 'Dambi Son' featuring model and broadcaster Lee Hyun-yi.
Son Dam-bi opened up by saying, "Isn't it funny that there is so much fake news?"
She continued, "My brother has been busy lately, so I said something. I told him, 'My brother hasn't been taking care of me lately. I really see everything,' and then I wondered how the fake news came about," adding, "'Son Dam-bi and Lee Gyu-hyuk divorce, single parenting' spread so much that my mom called me."
Son Dam-bi said, "We've been in the entertainment industry for a long time, so we can brush it off, but my mom was so worried in the evening that she called not just me but also my brother."
She added, "When I said it wasn't true, she told me, 'Don't say such things on YouTube.' I got caught in the crossfire. I was surprised that one comment could escalate to this extent."
Son Dam-bi married Lee Gyu-hyuk, a former national speed skating representative, in 2022. After two rounds of IVF last year, she successfully became pregnant and welcomed her daughter, Hae-i, in April.
