It has been confirmed that the girl group IHOTEU, under JDB Entertainment's subsidiary EFG Music, has recently terminated their contract.

IHOTEU is a three-member group consisting of Nagi, Mina, and Amuro, which debuted with the slogan 'Voyage to Unknown' and has primarily been active on stage.

Recently, IHOTEU announced via social media that “Member Mina will cease activities as of today. Nagi and Amuro plan to continue their activities.”

They later issued another announcement stating, “After deep consideration, we have decided to terminate the contract, taking into account each member's artistic direction and emotional safety,” adding, “Mina decided to graduate through discussions that included herself. Further discussions are in a difficult situation, and the company respects her decision.”

They also mentioned, “Currently, the representative is unable to participate directly in the situation's resolution, and as a result, the internal staff is managing the operations and is gradually proceeding with necessary responses,” explaining, “Considering the situation comprehensively, all activities of EFG Music will be temporarily suspended, and the direction of organizational operations, including the company's continuation, will be decided after internal organization and legal consultation.”

They added, “Even after the contract is terminated, we plan to support the live and related activities that were scheduled, respecting the wishes of the two members within the agreed scope.”

Last October, JDB Entertainment, the agency of comedians Kim Jun-ho, Kim Dae-hee, and Yoo Sang-moo, established EFG Music and brought in IHOTEU as their first artist. Recently, JDB Entertainment's representative, Mr. A, stepped down from his position and resigned.
