Singer Jukjae (36, Jung Jae-won) is about to marry broadcaster Huh Song-yeon (33), and in the meantime, he has engaged in a war of words with haters leaving malicious comments.
On the 16th, Jukjae posted a photo on his social media with the caption “Hey, Universe, let’s do this.” The photo shows Jukjae enjoying a normal day out walking with his dog, but the issue arose from the comments that followed.
One netizen, unrelated to the photo, commented, “This is really disappointing. A married man singing solo,” to which Jukjae replied, “You’re the one who’s disappointing.” The netizen retorted, “You’ll see in the future. Let’s see how it goes for a married man singing solo,” and Jukjae countered, “Live your own life well. Don’t go around doing this with a private account.”
The attacks from the netizen didn’t stop there. They continued to leave comments related to his marriage, saying, “I’ve never done this. I only do it to you. There are too many cancellation tickets right now. Married man Jukjae,” “What about you? Isn’t there a site that insults you?” “People are going crazy talking about you. You should know. Because you’re a married man,” and so on.
However, Jukjae didn’t back down, responding, “What can I do? If you don’t like me, then that’s fine. I think I’m better than kids like you who come to bother others on their Instagram.” He added, “Remember that fans who turn away are scary, and live well as a married man,” to which he replied, “Thank you, I will live well.”
Jukjae officially debuted as a singer in 2014 with the album ‘One Word’ and has since gained public love with songs like ‘Let’s Go See the Stars’ and ‘Shall We Walk Together’.
Recently, Jukjae announced his marriage to broadcaster Huh Song-yeon, who is the sister of KARA’s Heo Young-ji.
