In 'First Lady', Ji Hyun-woo and Lee Min-young showcase a 'polar opposite temperature difference two-shot' that reveals cracks in their trust and loyalty towards each other.

In the third episode of the MBN Wednesday-Thursday mini-series 'First Lady' (written by Kim Hyung-wan, directed by Lee Ho-hyun), a scene of 'chilling eye contact' is captured, revealing the starkly changed relationship between the president-elect Ji Hyun-woo and his closest aide and chief secretary Lee Min-young.

Earlier, during the inauguration ceremony of the presidential transition committee, the arrival of Ji Hyun-woo's moving belongings sent shockwaves when Cha Soo-yeon (played by Yoo Jin) sent them. With the divorce of the president-elect couple becoming a foregone conclusion in front of the press, a scene of Shin Hae-rin (played by Lee Min-young) nodding as if it was part of her plan added to the tension.

The released stills show Ji Hyun-woo and Shin Hae-rin sharing a private conversation amidst a tense atmosphere. Unlike before, Ji Hyun-woo gazes at Shin Hae-rin with a cold, distrustful look, while Shin Hae-rin bows her head, hiding her anxiety. As Ji Hyun-woo probes Shin Hae-rin's intentions with sharp words, she remains silent, raising a sense of foreboding. With the stark change in their relationship becoming apparent, curiosity grows about the reasons behind the rift between the two.

Ji Hyun-woo and Lee Min-young proved their solid acting skills while filming the 'polar opposite rift two-shot' scene, capturing even the slightest emotional changes flawlessly. Ji Hyun-woo expressed the psychological shift of Ji Hyun-woo, who was once filled with absolute trust in Shin Hae-rin, now filled with disappointment and distrust, through his cold, icy gaze. Lee Min-young authentically portrayed Shin Hae-rin's ambition, hiding her true feelings while expressing her resolute emotions. The performances of Ji Hyun-woo and Lee Min-young, which conveyed the 180-degree change in emotions between Ji Hyun-woo and Shin Hae-rin through their eye contact and tone of dialogue, elevated the scene's completeness.

The production team of 'First Lady' stated, "This is a significant scene that shows the subtle cracks in the once-solid trust and loyalty between Ji Hyun-woo and Lee Min-young," adding, "It marks an important turning point in the narrative, signaling the start of a power struggle due to the divorce scandal of the president-elect couple."

The third episode of 'First Lady' will air on the 1st at 10:20 PM.
