Comedian Kim Min-kyung revealed that she contemplated leaving 'Delicious Guys' on her own accord.
In the episode of Channel A's entertainment program 'Close Friends Documentary - 4-Person Dining Table' aired on the 11th, Kim Min-kyung was seen enjoying a buffet with her close friends Yoo Min-sang and Shin Gi-ru.
During the broadcast, Kim Min-kyung mentioned the popular eating show 'Delicious Guys', saying, "I received an invitation and joined. I was worried about whether I could do well after hearing that I would be with Kim Jun-hyun, Yoo Min-sang, and Moon Se-yoon, but since they are comfortable people, I thought, 'Let's try it together'."
However, when Kim Min-kyung encountered dishes like intestines, chicken feet, and blood sausage for the first time on the show, she couldn't react naturally, and some viewers demanded her departure.
In response, Kim Min-kyung said, "I was wrong, so I felt like I was causing trouble for the members, and I said I would leave voluntarily. As 'Delicious Guys' was gaining popularity, I felt like I was causing harm because of me."
She continued, "At that time, Kim Jun-hyun said, 'There are people who dislike you, but there are also people who like you, so why don't you see that?' Hearing that made me change my mind." She added, "I tried to figure out how to eat more deliciously and neatly, and I started to become 'General Min-kyung'. I think when I was criticized, I couldn't let go of being a woman."
