The first historical lecture battle show in South Korea, 'Storytellers of History', is making its debut.

The new JTBC program 'Storytellers of History' (directed by Park Hyun-jung) will premiere on September 4 at 8:50 PM, featuring the best historical storytellers in the country's first historical lecture battle show.

In 'Storytellers of History', those who have reached the pinnacle of the lecture scene will put aside their honors and ranks to engage in a direct confrontation solely based on 'stories' with their brilliant rhetoric and top-notch lectures. The show will present a fierce and exciting historical battle, ranging from significant moments that changed the course of history to very personal stories that cannot be found in history books.

The MC who will open a new chapter in South Korean history programs is the living legend of basketball, Seo Jang-hoon. Known for his love of history and storytelling, Seo Jang-hoon has shown his interest in history through various entertainment programs. He will serve as a tailor-made MC for the 'historical lecture battle show', providing straightforward advice that hits the core of the lectures, as well as the competitive spirit essential for the battles.

The lineup of speakers who will become the stars of the historical lecture battle show is also impressive. Choi Tae-sung, the representative top instructor of Korean history with 7 million cumulative students, and Sun Kim, a leading historical storyteller in South Korea who has explored dopamine-filled stories outside textbooks, will present lectures that traverse both official and unofficial histories.

Additionally, Kim Ji-yoon, a 'world-class multi-job doctor' who encompasses global politics and history with her extensive knowledge and clear communication skills, and Shim Yong-hwan, a reliable history master who will unravel intriguing stories from history, will also be featured. The audience is curious to see who will emerge as the champion among these powerful speakers with their unique charms.

The first historical lecture battle show in South Korea featuring the top legends of the lecture scene, JTBC's 'Storytellers of History', will premiere on September 4 at 8:50 PM.
