The true face of cybercrime and fraud will be revealed in 'Hyung, Suda'.
In the 13th episode of the E Channel original web entertainment 'Hyung, Suda', which will be released today (11th), Han Jae-gap, a cybercrime specialist investigator recognized by the government as 'Chungnam No. 1', will appear and vividly share the realities of cybercrime and actual investigation stories.
Previously, Investigator Han Jae-gap appeared in Season 1, Episode 3 of 'Brave Detectives', where he revealed that he had arrested a used goods scammer just three days prior, which became a hot topic. Along with this, he will disclose the behind-the-scenes story of the 'Face Off 4.7 Billion Won Embezzlement Case' that was introduced at that time.
The financial manager of a company transferred a staggering 4.7 billion won from the company’s account to several of his own accounts and withdrew 3.3 billion won over two days. The story includes a thrilling escape that involved plastic surgery akin to 'Face Off' and a bizarre twist where the criminal monitored the detectives using CCTV while evading them.
Additionally, the behind-the-scenes story of catching a game item scammer who caused 628 victims and a loss of 500 million won will also be covered.
After reporting the fraud, the criminal connected over the phone and mocked Investigator Han Jae-gap by saying, “I am the police chief,” and “Try to catch me,” but eventually got caught and faced 'real education'. The details of the organized crime methods will be fully revealed. Upon hearing this, MC Kim Won-hee added, “It was just right for stress,” sharing his experience with the 'Go-Stop game', and Han Sang-jin also chimed in, saying, “I used that to woo my wife,” according to reports.
In addition, Investigator Han Jae-gap will discuss how he became a police officer through the cyber special recruitment system, a fraud case that resulted in 6,250 victims, his unfortunate encounters with a criminal he arrested five times over ten years, and the recently increasing methods of cyber fraud and how to deal with the damage.
The first digital spin-off content of 'Brave Detectives', 'Hyung, Suda', will conclude Season 1 with this broadcast and will return with Season 2 starting on the 25th.
